Friendly staff, great showroom, smooth handover. The Mini agency model should be explained upfront at the time of initial order, to ensure customer understands payment timing as this is different to legacy car purchases and may jeopardise handover.

I had booked for an oil change service as my cars computer was telling me. On arrival at 9am I was told it was a full service and I would have to wait till up to 2pm for them to do it. The girl was very pushy and I felt intimidated by her.

I wasn't informed that my vehicle was ready to collect. I called in around 16:30 anyway and it was ready. If I was at home I couldn't have got there for 17:00 and therefore kept loan car for a further 24 hours.
